Hello Vendors!

We are excited for our second Spring Market! Please complete the registration form below and return it to us by April 12, 2025.

Setup will be Friday April 25th, 2025 from 2:00PM to 8:00PM

The market will open Saturday April 26th at 9:00AM and run through 3:00PM

Cleanup will be Saturday April 26th from 3:00PM to 5:00PM

Booths may not be taken down before 3:00PM. Please call or text us at

Spring Market Vendor Agreement

By clicking Submit on the form below, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

During the event, all driveways, doorways, and aisles must be kept clear. Vendors are responsible for collection and payment of Wyoming Sales Tax. All vendors must follow the rules and regulations of the State of Wyoming and the City of Evanston. A limited number of tables are available, so please be prepared to provide your own. Electricity is available, but not guaranteed. Refunds will be given for cancellations prior to April 12th, 2025. Vendors are responsible for any damage caused by their equipment, decorations, or themselves. We encourage the use of soft, non-marring table legs to prevent scratching the floor. Multi-level marketing products (Scentsy, LuLaRoe, Pampered Chef, etc.) will be limited to one vendor per company.
